CAS Watercolour Challenge August 2017- Salt - Daisy

Good Morning,
Today's post is for August's CAS Watercolour Challenge which is to Use Salt.  I used larger pieces of Sea Salt which gave me this beautiful pattern on my Watercolour card.  This was my 3rd attempt and I found you needed a considerable amount of water.  I used Stampin' Up In Colours and I am really happy with the brightness of the colours when it had dried.

Supplies:
Stamps: S/U's Sweet Cupcake
Card: Thick and Thin Whisper White, Watercolour Card
Ink: Lemon Lime Twist, Berry Burst, Fresh Fig
Cool Tools: Big Shot, Simon Says Stamps Fresh Daisies, Water, Paint Brushes, Salt, Misti, Dble Sided Tape, Tombow Multi Purpose Glue
Thanks for dropping by, lovely to see you here.
Hugs,

  1. WOW! Your watercoloured salt background is AMAZING, Susan! LOVE the colours you've used. Those salt bursts are so pretty. Great design with the white flowers and frame. And great idea to add the salted flowers to the inside. Thanks so much for sharing with us at CAS Watercolour!
