CAS Mix Up Reminder - November, 2018 - Embossing Folders - Happy Birthday Friend

25 Days of Christmas Tags 2018 - Day 9 + Loll's 12 Tags of Christmas

Hi there,
Today's post is for the 25 Days of Christmas Tags 2018 Day 9 plus Loll's 12 Tags of Christmas Challenges.  I used this sweet Skating Snowman from S/U's Spirited Christmas Stamp Set.  I stamped the image twice, once on the Tag and then onto a scrap of Whisper White.  I coloured one image with Markers and then Fussy Cut it and mounted it on top of the other tag using Foam Tape.  I added the Brushstroke stamp at the bottom of the tag and then used SSS Falling Snow Stencil to add the Shimmery Embossing Paste.  To finish off I used Vellum for the Sentiment and some Bakers Twine.

CAS Mix Up Reminder - November, 2018 - Embossing Folders - Wedgewood China

Hi Stamping Friends,
Today's post is a reminder that you still have some time to play along at CAS Mix Up.  The Embossing Folder Challenge Hosted by Bonnie closes on the 24th November, 2018.
For this card I inked and embossed a panel with Tim Holt's 3D Embossing Folder called Botanical.  I  Swiped the raised surface with a Versamark Stamp Pad and then used Perfect Pearls Interference Red and brushed over the Versamark.  The raised embossing has a beautiful sheen which I had difficulty photographing. I used a Metallic Pink Card and S/U's Dotted Scallop Border Punch cut in half to highlight the edges.  Unfortunately when I tried to punch another border strip for the inside of my card my punch jammed and I still can't get it to open. I finished off with the White embossed Sentiment and Border on Pink Metallic Card punched with a large Oval Punch.

25 Days of Christmas Tags 2018 - Day 7 + Loll's 12 Tags of Christmas

Hi there,
Today's Tag is for Day 7 of Tracey McNeely's 25 Tags of Christmas and Loll's 12 Tags of Christmas.  I die cut the snowflake 6 times, layered them and then inlaid the Snowflake die cuts into the tag and added another tag on the back to cover.  The Snowflake is stamped, gold embossed, inlaid and some copper pearls added for decoration.   I stamped the sentiment and embossed it with gold embossing powder on a small tag.  The Silver Cord and Copper Trim were added to finish off my tag.

CAS Mix Up - November, 2018 - Embossing Folders - Ruffled Roses

Today's card is for the CAS Mix Up Challenge for November Hosted by Bonnie.
I embossed the background with the Ruffled embossing folder and die cut the flowers and leaves layering them and mounting them at different heights with dimensionals.  The Sentiment is White embossed on black card and I finished off with some Silver Metallic Pearls.
