CR84FN Colour Challenge #32 - Seamstress's Delight

Hey there,
Today's post is for the Cupcake Creations Colour Challenge this fortnight. Before I started this card I decided I wanted to try a pleated skirt on the Tailor's model.  I wasn't sure were that was going to take me, so with a few different design elements this is the end result.
