CAS Mix Up Reminder - August 2019 - Paper Towel - Crocus Flowers

Hi there,
Loll is challenging us to use Paper Towel this month at CAS Mix Up and this post is a reminder that you have until the 24th August to join us and play along.  I managed to get some variation and texture onto my piece of card by spraying the water coloured Paper Towel and dabbing it onto this piece and also using a clear block.  I also dabbed some ink onto the inside of my card for some added interest.  I cut some Vellum flowers, coloured them with Markers and mounted them onto a layer of Whisper White for more strength.

Card: Thick and Thin Whisper White, Vellum, Paper Towel

Ink: Elegant Eggplant, Pool Party, Balmy Blue, Lemon Lime Twist
Markers: Lemon Lime Twist, Balmy Blue, Gorgeous Grape, Highland Heather

Finishing Touches:  Clear Sequins

Cool Tools: Big Shot, Sizzix Rectangle Stitched Dies, Alexander Renke Crocus Dies, Classic Label Punch,  Mini Spritzer, Dble Sided Tape, Dimensionals

CAS Mix Up - August 2019 - Paper Towel - A Rose

Hello stampers,
It's time for a new Challenge at CAS Mix Up and Loll is challenging us to Use Paper Towel + Stamping + Your Choice.  I adhered the Alcohol Inked Paper Towel to some White card and then cut 5 layers of the Die Cut Outline and 1 layer of the Inlaid Pieces to make the flower.  The Leaves were made the same but are only 1 layer. The Sentiment and Butterfly where Gold Embossed and the Pearls added the finishing touch.  For the inside I inked the flower and leaves with Markers, Huffed and Stamped.
