Curtin Call Inspiration Challenge - July 15 - Feeling Nautical

Happy Monday Everyone,
Today's card is for the new Curtin Call Inspiration Challenge - Feeling Nautical. I stamped the images and then masked them, brayered the background and then spritzed it with my Colour Spritzer Tool and Crumb Cake Marker.  I sponged in the shadows and coloured the images.  To create the foam on the waters edge I applied Crystal Effects and sprinkled Clear and White embossing powder intermittently and heated it with my Heat Tool.  The Heat Tool makes the Crystal Effects bubble and creates the look of the waters edge on the sand.

CAS - Colour and Sketch Challenges #33 - Thanks!

Happy Wednesday Everyone,
Today's post is for the CAS Sketch Challenge #33.  I used some DSP, Pool Party Core'dinations card that has been embossed and sanded and stamped my sentiment for the three main elements. I rounded the corners of the base card, added a crystal for some bling and used a mat to make each element pop but kept is CAS.

Merry Monday Week 2 July Challenges Anything Goes - Christmas Cheer

Today's card is for this weeks Merry Monday July Challenge Anything Goes.  Sometimes I like to use stamps that are not traditionally for Christmas like the wine glasses.  This stamp set is very versatile though as it does have Christmas images for accessories and a nice  sentiment that goes with the set.  It was fun to do a CAS card and use some Glimmer card to bling it up a bit. Merry Monday Week 1 July Challenge - Anything Goes - Christmas Joy

Hello Friends,
Today's post is for this weeks Merry Monday July Challenge - Anything Goes.  There will be no sketches for July and you can make one or as many Christmas cards as you like to link up before the linky closes on 4th August. I am going to make some Christmas cards that I have wanted to try for a while.  For this card I cut out a section and used the letters to re-join it to make a feature on the card.  I layered the letters to give it more strength, used some designer papers inside and out and gold embossed the word Christmas on the front.
