Today's card is bright and fun  I have to admit that this was the first time I used the Fringe Scissors, they take a bit of getting used to and hopefully I will get to like them.  My flower petals should be more even, I think there are too many gaps between them, but they do make a pretty flower.

Merry Monday #115 - Rejoice
