One Layer Christmas Card Challenge #24 - Christmas Scene

Hello there,
This is a reminder to everyone that you still have time to play along with the One Layer Christmas Card Challenge.  We have changed the format to Anything Goes with no Twist this year, so I hope you will join us.
For my card I applied ink direct to the stamp with Markers for the scene and then sponged Bashful Blue after I masked off with Post It Notes.  Then I stamped the sentiment, applied some Dazzling Diamonds to the house and foreground and stamped some trees inside my card.

Merry Monday #189 - Shining Star

Hi to All,
This weeks Merry Monday Challenge is Hosted by Debbie and we are to make a One Layer Card.  I went with the Nativity Scene from Stampin' Up! All Ye Faithful.  I stamped the images and coloured them with Markers.  Then I used a Tim Holtz Stencil to sponge in the Rays from the Shining Star and ground my images.

Keira is 8

Hello Friends,
Our Grand daughter Keira was born on the 26th December and turned 8 this year.  This is the card I made for her, Keira is into Minecraft Lego and we gave her the Minecraft Cow soft toy for Christmas she loved it.
I cut the squares at 1cm x 1cm, drew a grid on the card to help me keep everything lined up. It took me a while to make but it was well worth it.
