One Layer Christmas Card Challenge # 29 - Birds of a Feather

Hello Friends,
It's time for a new challenge at One Layer Christmas Card Challenge.  Anything Goes for the challenge and you have two weeks to link your design.  Hope you will join us this fortnight.  I Splash Watercoloured the background with Soft Sky and then stamped my images.  I coloured them with Blendabilities and added Dazzling Diamonds to Juniper's bonnet and added some Pearls.

Merry Monday #199 - Merry Christmas

Hi to All,
This week at Merry Monday Colleen is challenging us to Make the Sentiment your Focal Point on your Christmas card.  My sentiment stamp comes with the Holly as part of it, to which I water coloured and added the Pearls and Sequins.  I used a designer paper by Kaisercraft and matted it with Cherry Cobbler.  Clean and Simple design, easy to reproduce, hope you like it!

One Layer Christmas Card Challenge #28 R - Snow Globe Soldier

Hello Friends,
Just a reminder to let you know that you have a week left to play along at the latest One Layer Christmas card challenge.  Keeping with the soldier theme from last week I have used this Snow Globe from Stampin' Up's Sparkly Season.  I used Markers to colour the image and also embossed some snow which isn't showing very clearly in the photo.  I coloured the Sentiment with Markers direct to the stamp after removing the Soft Suede ink with a Blender Pen.  Hope you will play along, remembering that the theme is One Layer of card and the challenge is Anything Goes.

Merry Monday #197 -Snowy Hamlett

Hi to All,
It's time for a new challenge at Merry Monday, Wendy is challenging us to Make a Christmas card with a Church on it.  I used this lovely stamp from Penny Black and coloured it with my Markers and Aqua Painter.  The white mat is embossed and stamped with the Greeting in Night of Navy.  I finished off with a few sequins.  Hope you will check out the other lovely cards from the Design Team and play along this week.

Adding this card to the CAS Mix Up Challenge for March.  My Techniques include Stamping, Watercolouring, Dry Embossing and Die Cuts.

Craig's Birthday 2016

Hi Friends,
Today's post is a card I made for our Son In Law Craig.  He follows the Fremantle Dockers Football Team here in Western Australia and I used the Team colours and the Anchor is there logo.  I clear embossed the anchor on the front of the card and layered the Happy die cut 5 times and white embossed the Birthday sentiment.  On the inside of the card I punched a slit for the Birthday present.

Joe's Birthday 2016

Hi there,
Today's post is a Birthday card I made for a Male friend.  Very Clean and Simple design with the designer paper and 5 layers of die cut for the Happy.  I white embossed the Birthday sentiment and mounted it on Foam Tape.  Inside I added a sliver of designer paper cut at an angle and it was done.

Merry Monday #196 - Jolly Snowman

Hi to All,
It's time for a new challenge at Merry Monday.  I am Hostess this week and I have a colour Challenge for you to Use Black, White, Gray or Silver on your card. Can't wait to see what you create!
I used an old retired Stampin' Up! stamp set called Cold Play which I stamped and then cut out piercing the stamps together.  The snowman was water coloured and then I added some Dazzling Diamonds and Crystals to his hat colouring the flower crystal with a Black Copic Marker.  For the scarf and hat I coloured with a Silver Pen.  I used embossing paste for the stars and then sprinkled them with Dazzling Diamonds.

Also adding this card to the new challenge CAS Mix Up March Challenge by Loll Thompson and Bonnie Klass.  I have Stamped, Water coloured and added Embossing Paste with Dazzling Diamonds.
