CAS Mix Up Challenge Reminder - November 2020 - Off the Edge - Tis the Season

Hi Friends,

Just letting you know that there is still time to join us this month for Bonnie's Off the Edge Challenge using Watercolours which ends on the 24th November.  Michele Ferguson is our Guest Designer.  

I used Watercolour Paper for my card cutting the edge straight and around my Santa image creating the Off the Edge look.  I then created the rest off the scene Water colouring the images.  The Sentiment was layered and off set with black and red card.  I finished off with some Gold Sequins and adding a Sentiment and Water coloured presents to the inside.  

The design team is having a break for December and we will back on the 1st January, 2021.

CAS Mix Up Challenge - November 2020 - Off the Edge - Sunflower

Hello Friends,

Today's post is an extra card I made for the CAS Mix Up Challenge for November which is to design Off the Edge and Water colouring must be the main element of your design. 

I started by smooshing the Water colour paper with Daffodil Delight and Cinnamon Cider inks.  I stamped the Sunflower with Versamark and used Zing Mustard E/Powder for my Sunflower image and then water coloured using Markers.  The Leaves where stamped and embossed with Zing Leaf E/Powder and then water coloured.  The bee was stamped with Stazon Black, coloured and finished with a Wink of Stella Clear Brush.  The Sentiment piece was smooshed with ink and then stamped and I added some Gold Glitter Enamel Dots.  I stamped another Sunflower on the inside and water coloured.
