Pat Carr's Camp Avalon May 2016 - Bleached Card

Hi there,
I attended Pat Carr's Camp Avalon a couple of weeks ago at Toodyay.  We made 24 Projects and had a great time catching up with old and new friends. Card designed by Jenny Chilton. The focal point of this card is Soft Suede, the image is stamped and embossed with Black embossing powder and then painted with Bleach to achieve the colour variation.  The stamens where coloured in with a marker once the bleach had dried.

Hi there,
I attended Pat Carr's Camp Avalon a couple of weeks ago at Toodyay.  We made 24 Projects and had a great time catching up with old and new friends. This card was designed by Pat and proved to be a very popular technique at the camp and really has a WOW factor when the ink dries.

I attended Pat Carr's Camp Avalon a couple of weeks ago at Toodyay.  We made 24 Projects and had a great time catching up with old and new friends.  I hope to show you all the projects over the next few weeks.  These are the lovely gifts we received from Pat.  Bag to keep our finished projects in and a Note book.

Some supplies to keep us going and a mini mug to hold a chocolate.  We used the new Gold room at Avalon and Pat wanted us to all have something gold so we received this little jar of golden honey.

Merry Monday #210 - Peace Joy Love

Hi folks,
It's Monday and time for a new Challenge at Merry Monday. Bonnie is challenging us to Use the Words Peace, Joy and/or Love on our Christmas cards.  I stamped the background with the snowflakes using Wisteria Wonder and stamped the sentiment using Elegant Eggplant.  The Dove was Silver embossed and fussy cut and I stamped it on the inside of the card too.  I finished off with some Silver Sequins and the Silver Foil mat.

** Please note ** The Merry Makers will be taking the months of July and August off to enjoy some relax time with family and friends over the Northern summer. We will return the first Monday in September **

Merry Monday #209 - Christmas Bouquet

Hello Everyone,
Today's post is for this weeks Merry Monday Christmas Card Challenge, Lesley is Hostess this week and she is challenging us to Create a Christmas card using the Inspiration Photo.  I used the different elements and colours in the photo as my inspiration to create my card.  Most of the pieces are die cut, the flowers I stamped and then removed the colour in the centre and added the yellow with a marker and then stamped and punched them out.  The greeting is Gold embossed, hope you like it.
