Just Add Ink #45 - Trim the Tree

Hi Friends,
It's only 25 days to Christmas!!  Yikes I had better get my skates on and do some more preparation.
Today's post is for the Just Add Ink sketch challenge this week. I love the sketch and had a bit of fun using the fine Stampin Glitter to decorate the tree and present in different glitter colours. I also paper pieced the tree and the girls dress, added a bit of shiny gold foil card and used the new Textured Embossing plate from Stampin Up called Square Lattice that will be available from tomorrow the 1st of December.
Supplies:
Stamps: Stamp It - Trim the Tree 2599E C. Briggs, S/U's Seeing Stars, Delightful Decorations
Card and Papers: Old Olive, Riding Hood Red, Whisper White, Gold Foil, I Wish DSP (R), Riding Hood Red Paper Patterns (R)
Ink: Old Olive
Markers: Old Olive, Riding Hood Red, Chocolate Chip, Blush Blossom, Pink Pirouette
Embellishments: S/U's Fine Galaxy and Supernova Glitter
Tools: Big Shot, Square Lattice EB Folder, Scallop Trim Border Punch, Dimensionals, 2 Way Glue Pen, Large Star Punch, Small Star Punch (R), 3/4" Circle Punch, Scissors
Thanks for stopping by today.
Hugs,
Cat's Ink Siggy

  1. This is adorable, Sue! I love how you've used the little sentiment stamp, and your paper-piecing is great; it adds that 'something special' to a card. Gorgeous!
