Helping Hudson Week 2: Challenge 6 - 3D Item - Teacher's Gift Pencil box

Hi Friends,
Todays post is for another challenge over on the Helping Hudson blog. This was so much fun to put together.  I used the original template for the base and then added a longer section for the length of the pencil.   I then designed the shaved tip part of the pencil and the lead tip.  Inside the top I added a base to give it more stability and a Round Tab to hold the lid on. The free template you can download
here.

Supplies:
Stamps: Tart and Tangy, Tiny Tags
Card: Sahara Sand, Real Red, Creamy Caramel, Basic Grey
Ink: Real Red, Creamy Caramel, Basic Grey, Sahara Sand Stamp Pads, Real Red, Old Olive and Chocolate Chip Markers
Embellishments: Stitched Ribbon, Gold Cord
Tools: Paper Trimmer and Scoring Tool, Martha Stewart Screw Punch, 1 1/4" and 1 3/8" Circle Punches, Sponges, Doubled Sided Tape, Scissors, Protractor, Ruler, Tombow Multi Glue, Round Tab Punch
Thanks for stopping by today.
Hugs,
Cat's Ink Siggy
