Inkspirations Sketch Challenge #53 - Birthday Mail

Hi there,
Today's card is for the Inkspiration Sketch Challenge this week.  I used a stamp by Heather Ellis from the Pure Innocence collection called Something Special Just For You. I Paper Pieced the Party Hat and Girl's Dress and watercoloured the rest of the image.
