My card today is for the MFT Sketch Challenge and The Lollipop Ladies Colour challenge. Love the mint and chocolate colour combination from the Lollipop Ladies. I used a much unloved and minty card (Mint Melody) from Stampin Up that has long been retired ( I don't think anyone loved this colour too much) but I have to say that I love it with the chocolate. I didn't have anything else I could use that would even go close to the mint, so I made my own Designer Paper using the Inlaid/Inset Embossing Folder Technique. Love how it turned out. To do the Inlaid embossing you punch out your shapes and glue them to a base card to suit your design, insert the card into an embossing folder and then run it through your Big Shot. Stampin' Up's Square Lattice embossing folder works really well with this technique as it has a total coverage of your card. Very easy and very effective technique. I Paper Pieced Pure Innocence's clothes and embossed her top.
