The Friday Mashup #42 - Red Butterfly

Hi Stampers,
This is my third week as Guest Designer at The Friday Mashup.  There is a tutorial at Splitcoast Stampers that shows you how to Paper Pierce around curved corners or a circle. Worth watching , this was a first for me and a lot easier than I thought it would be so I have learnt something new today.  I also Paper Pieced my flowers by stamping on Designer Paper and cutting them out. Love the look and I think it adds some dimension to the flowers with the variation in colour.

This weeks Mashup is to:
1. Do some Paper Piercing or
2. Use Blushing Bride, Riding Hood Red and Early Espresso as your colours
3. Or Mash it up and use both.
I have used both with a touch of green.
Supplies:
Stamps:  S/U's Fabulous Florets, Creative Elements, Elegant Greetings (R)
Card and Papers: Very Vanilla, Early Espresso, Riding Hood Red, In Colour Patterns Pack DSP, Well Worn DSP
Ink: Early Espresso, Riding Hood Red, Stazon Black, Wild Wasabi
Finishing Touches: Pearls
Tools: Stamp-a-ma-jig, Big Shot, Sizzix Frame Oval Scallop, Vintage Wallpaper EB Folder, Mat Pack and Piercing Tool, Fiskars Trimmer and Scoring Tool, Dble Sided Tape, Dimensionals
Thanks' for popping in today.
Hugs,
Cat's Ink Siggy
