Today's post is for this weeks Dynamic Duo's Challenge to use the Bold and Sassy colours of Poppy Parade and Lucky Limeade. At Stampin' Up's Heartfelt Event in Perth last weekend, Charmaine Black presented a WOW presentation on the "Dazzling Lights Technique". It is new to me and I decided to try this technique for my card. It certainly is a fun technique to do and packs a punch, unfortunately my photo does not do great justice to my card, it is much prettier in real life and really dazzles. Charmaine is working on a video showing how to do this technique, and when it is finished you can find it here. At my time of posting Charmaine hadn't posted the tutorial, but hopefully it will be up soon. Okay, hop on over to the Dynamic Duos blog and check out the rest of the Design Teams cards and the other entries for this weeks challenge.
I used Stamp pads to create the Dazzling Lights technique for my card, but you can also use re-inkers. I kept my colours separate for this project, but you usually blend them slightly.
