Today we are back with the first Merry Monday Challenge for 2013. Lesley has decided to mix the challenges up and add some variety with this weeks challenge being a colour combo of Island Indigo, Real Red and Pool Party. We are experiencing a Heat Wave in Western Australia at the moment with temperatures over 40 degrees Celsius so I decided the Surfin' Santa from Stampin' Up's Happy Christmas Mate would be an appropriate choice. I coloured it with Markers and an Aqua Painter. I added Dazzling Diamonds to the wave and Crystal Effects to Santa's Sunnies. I drew in the line for the lights and coloured the tips with a black marker and finished off with a Gelly Roll Pen to add some sparkle. Hope you like it......
