Pat Carr's Camp Avalon April 2015 - Bokeh Background Technique

In April 2015 I attended Pat Carr's Camp Avalon at Toodyay.  The theme for the camp was Techniques, so we came away with a File full of ideas explaining the technique, with a sample swatch and a card using it. It was a lot of fun and I learned a few new techniques too.

Stamps: S/U's Big Day
Card: Bermuda Bay, Whisper White, Watercolour Paper
Ink: Bermuda Bay, Daffodil Delight, Memento Black, White Craft Ink
Finishing Touches: Crystals, 1/8" Bermuda Bay Ribbon, Something Borrowed Embellishment
Cool Tools: Craft Mat, Mini Spritzer, Aqua Painter, Acetate, Sponges and Daubers
