Today's post is a reminder that you have until the 24th to enter January's CAS Mix Up Challenge hosted by Nancy. For my Bokeh Technique on this card I used Tissue Paper for the Circles in White, Blue and Metallic Silver. I stamped and fussy cut the fish mounting them on Foam Tape. I also added a Wide Border, Sequins and a Sentiment embossed with Silver E/Powder.
