CAS Mix Up Reminder - January 2019 - Bokeh

Good Morning Stampers,
Today's post is a reminder that you have until the 24th to enter January's CAS Mix Up Challenge hosted by Nancy.  For my Bokeh Technique on this card I used Tissue Paper for the Circles in White, Blue and Metallic Silver.  I stamped and fussy cut the fish mounting them on Foam Tape.  I also added a Wide Border, Sequins and a Sentiment embossed with Silver E/Powder.

Cool Tools: Big Shot, Spellbinders Classic Circle Dies, Papertrey Ink Songbirds Die (Small Rnd Circle), Embossing Buddy, Silver E/Powder, Heat Tool, Ticket Duo Builder Punch, Dble Sided Tape, Foam Tape, Tombow Multi Purpose Glue, Plaid Mod Podge Matte-Mat Glue
