Pat Carr's Spring Retreat 2018 Project #14 - You Are Amazing Bokeh Dots

Hi Stampers,
Project #14 uses the Bokeh dots stamp from Stampin' Up!  The best way to ink this stamp is to use a Brayer otherwise the dots are not as defined.
