Jenny Chilton's Avalon Camp 2019 - Project #17 - Blow Out the Candles

At the end of March I attended a Papercraft camp with Jenny Chilton  at Avalon in Toodyay.  Project #17 is a Birthday card with lots of shine and sparkle, not evident in the photo though, but a great card for a Female Birthday.
