Inkspiration Colour Challenge #18 - Cruisin...

Hi there,
I decided to use this boat from Seaworthy for the first time. I don't think it has been used very much by anyone, I could only find a couple of cards that have used the image on Splitcoast. I feel it has worked with the colour challenge although I found I needed to use Very Vanilla to give it a lift between each layer. I used liquid applique on the surf and sprinkled it with hologram sparkle embossing powder.
Stamps: SU's Seaworthy, Vintage Labels
Card and Papers: Brocade Blue, Mellow Moss, Ruby Red, Very Vanilla, Patterns Pack II Hostess Level 1
Ink: Stazon Black, Brocade Blue, Ruby Red, Mellow Moss
Embellishments: Brads
Tools: Cuttlebug, Classic Circles Nestabilities, Photo Corner Punch, Word Window Punch, Mat Pack and Piercing Tool, Liquid Applique, Hologram Sparkle EB Powder, Sponge, Heat Tool, Dimensionals, Aqua Painter
Thanks for stopping by,
Cat's Ink Siggy

  1. Hi Susan, what a great image .... i think you have done this stamp justice - it looks fabulous with the applique (a nice touch of dimension) and the sparkle on the water sets it off nicely!!! Well done....

  2. What a great card for a man! The whole layout works beautifully. Love it.

  3. Love this Susan! Love the liquid applique ..perfect!
