CAS Mix Up Reminder - February 2019 - Dimensional Die Cuts

Good Morning Stampers,
Today's post is for February's CAS Mix Up Challenge, Hideko is Hostess and wants us to use Dimensional Die-cuts + Stamping + Your Choice.  I sponged Distress Ink on my card, splattered the sponging with Water and when it was dry I Taped the back of my card where I was going to die cut the background.  I die cut the pattern and then put foam on the small diamond die cut pieces to give them dimension.  I then cut the Daisy flowers with the Succulent Framelit Dies, cut them in half  layed them on top of each other.  The centre is the little cherry from the Build a Cupcake Punch, which I sponged with Crushed Curry Ink after cutting the stem off. I then arranged the flowers and stems on the background and finished off with the Sentiment.

  2. WOW! Amazing card Sue! LOVE those gorgeous layered daisies against the beautiful green background. I would never thought of adding foam to all those little pieces ... that takes patience, but a fantastic result. You should enter this in Craft Stamper Magazine - Take It Make It challenge! xx

  3. I love the bright green background with the white daises over the top which contrast beautifully Susan, and what a great idea to die cut the inked background piece with the diamonds and then given them extra dimension before insetting them. A beautiful card. x

  6. So much to take in, in such a small space. Your effect is breathtaking. Now I have to go see what flowers I can cut in half.
