CAS Mix Up Challenge Reminder - June 2021 - Flight - Aircraft

Hello Friends,
I started with an Acrylic Block using two shades of blue Markers scribbling ink onto it and then spritzing the block with water and stamping. I then stamped the image three times and water coloured the images.  The edges of the stamped block were a bit ragged so I layered a stitched frame three times and added it to the stamped area.  I stamped the aircraft, water coloured them in red and fussy cut adding foam tape to the two on the front. I stamped the sentiment and finished off by adding another plane on the inside of the card and sponging some Bashful Blue ink for the sky.

Supplies:
Stamps: S/U's Need for Speed
Card: Thick and Thin Whisper White, Water colour
Ink: Stazon Black
Markers: Balmy Blue, Bashful Blue, Real Red
Cool Tools: Big Shot, Honey Bee Dble Stitched Frame Die HBDS-A2, Acrylic Block, Spray Bottle, Water, Aqua Painter, Misti, Scissors, Make Up Brush, Dble Sided Tape, Foam Tape, Tombow Multi Purpose Glue

  8. Love your acrylic block watercolored sky for your dramatic watercolored jets. Your layered framing solved your ragged edges and helped your eye focus on the jets! I always love how you stamp the inside of your cards. Wonderful guy or girl pilot card, my friend. TFS Love and Hugs...Nancy
