Pals Paper Arts Colour Challenge #101 - Clean & Simple Challenge #148 - Surfer Dude

Today's post is for the Pals Paper Arts and Clean and Simple Challenge's this week.  I used Markers to colour the image on the stamp.  Love how my card came together and it's Clean and Simple lines.

Clean and Simple Challenge #134 - Autumn Leaves

Happy Monday,
Today's post is for the Clean amd Simple Challenge this week.  I really felt I just needed to find a different theme from everyone else that had already entered but that was a bit of a challenge in itself, so it's Autumn and I decided on Autumn leaves. I was going to use the Maple Leaf from the Sizzix Leaves Die #2 but they were too large, so Martha Stewart came to the rescue. I used six different designer papers.

After stamping and embossing my image I watercoloured it with re-inkers.  I find I get better definition with the re-inkers. I used the High Hopes Dragon feet stamp and stamped the background with Versamark and used my Stampin Pastels to give them a soft touch.  Punched out the 3/4" circles and applied them starting in the middle so the top and bottom circles looked more even, otherwise I would have had a tiny piece at the bottom of the card.  Scored a line on each side of the base to create more interest with my Fiskars Scoring Tool.

Helping Hudson - Colour Challenge Week 2 Challenge 4 - Clean & Simple Challenge #102

Todays post is for the Helping Hudson Colour Challenge Week 2 and the Clean and Simple Sketch Challenge.  Would you believe it took me three attempts until I was satisfied with spacing and alignment on this card.  Talk about clean and simple.....much harder to achieve sometimes so I am very happy with the result now it's done.

Clean & Simple Sketch 88 Challenge

Hello Friends,

Today's post is for the Clean and Simple Sketch 88 Challenge this week.  I have used some bleach to stamp the River Rock card and then stamped my images once the bleach was almost dry.  River Rock colour way is being re introduced as part of Stampin' Up's Colour Renovation later in the year.  Using the cutter tool I ruffed up the edges of the main image and then sponged it with Soft Suede.  I embossed the bottom of the base card with the new Polka Dot Embossing Folder.
